This is a two storey terraced cottage, once an agricultural worker's dwelling is comfortably furnished and well equipped.

There is a fully fitted kitchen/diner. Including electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric iron. |

Pine cottage has a compact bathroom downstairs off the kitchen with bath, shower (over the bath), sink & toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one double, two rooms with twin beds). All beds have electric blankets and duvets, bed linen is provided. |
Other standard equipment included are a immersion heater, shaver socket, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner
A night store heater in the sitting room and on the landing upstairs is included in the rent. The kitchen and the bathroom have wall heaters.

To the rear of the property there is a grass playing area with shared barbecue and garden furniture.
Pets are welcome by permission - a surcharge of £10 per animal per week will be made. |
